Water meters are read around the 25th of each month.
Bills are calculated and mailed around the 6th of each month.
Bills are due by the 5th of the following month.
Late fees are added to any accounts with an outstanding balance on the 6th of each month.
Disconnects occur on or after the 15th of each month. Any customer with an outstanding balance at the time of disconnection is liable to have their utility service disconnected.
