The Town of Clarkton is proud to provide the Clarkton Depot to supply the citizens of Clarkton with a comfortable gathering place for private parties and events. To maintain the health of the facility, we request your assistance, as a tenant, to help keep the building and grounds clean and in good order. The rent collected offsets the cost of electric/gas/miscellaneous supplies provided on the premises. The Clarkton Depot can comfortably accommodate approximately sixty guests. Tables, chairs, and use of the kitchen is included.

RENT & DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS:

$150.00 Deposit must be paid to the Town of Clarkton upon booking the facility to hold the date. 

The date will not be held until the deposit is physically received at the Town Hall.

$300.00 Rent due at the time the key to the facility is picked up from Town Hall. The key must be picked up no earlier than one day before your event at the Town Hall. Keys for Saturday and Sunday bookings will be picked up on the prior Friday.

A signed Depot Rental Agreement will be required at key pick-up. A copy of the document will be provided for your reference.

Deposit is refundable when the key to the facility is returned to Town Hall on the next business day and no damage or loss has been noted from the tenant’s occupancy of the Depot. Premises will be inspected by Town Hall staff on the following business day. Cash/check deposits will be refunded at the time of the key return. Credit/debit deposits will be available for pick up in the form of a check on the following Friday. If not picked up, the check will be mailed to the provided address.
