NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Clarkton Town Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to review the case below on April 1, 2025, at 5:55 p.m. All public hearings are held at the Clarkton Town Hall located at 81 N. Elm Street Clarkton, NC 28433.

A conditional vape shop zoning amendment request has been submitted by the Town of Clarkton Planning & Zoning Committee.

Interested parties are invited to appear before the Clarkton Board of Commissioners and comment during this public hearing.  It is also possible that substantial changes to the proposed request may be made following said hearing and prior to Board action at a subsequent meeting.  Upon closing of the public hearing, this request is automatically referred to the Town of Clarkton Board of Commissioners and placed on their next available agenda for review and recommendation.
